Pistachio Profiteroles

Level: easy

Recipe Ingredients:

16 Vicenzi cream puffs

500 ml fresh cream

125 g pistachio cream

100 g dark chocolate

50 g chopped pistachios

 PREPARATION:

Whip 400 ml of cream in a bowl. Add the pistachio cream by stirring gently from bottom to top. Use a smooth-tip pastry bag to stuff the puffs and place them on a platter.

Prepare the fudge by heating up the remaining 100 ml of cream; as soon as it starts boiling, remove from heat and add the ground chocolate. Stir until completely melted. Once the fudge has cooled down, pour it on the cream puffs and decorate with chopped pistachios.
