ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The Vicenzi Group includes brands of excellence like Matilde Vicenzi, dedicated to the fine Italian pastries, and Grisbì, the famous filled pastry.
With its leadership of the largest range of typical Italian products, Vicenzi Group stands out as a premium manufacturer of pastries, fresh and assorted, cake bases, biscuits and bakery products, courtesy products and single dose.

The Vicenzi Group, as we know it today, was established in 2005 when Giuseppe Vicenzi completed an important operation by deciding to acquire all the Parmalat bakery branch including two well-known brands, Grisbì and MrDay. Another key asset of the company philosophy is the presence on the markets: with a mix of strategic diversification in distribution, from classical supermarket chains to gourmet food shops, from the vending channel to the Ho.re.ca channel, bars and airports with single dose products.
