This type of biscuit represents an interesting variation of the traditional Vicenzovo ladyfinger by Matilde Vicenzi. Like the Vicenzovo classic, this newborn version has:

Same recipe, in a new fruity and delightful flavor
Same texture, characterized by small regular air bubbles

Vicenzovo Strawberry is used not only as a base for desserts like strawberry Tiramisù, but also in other preparations such as cheesecake, dessert cups and many others.

Ingredients

WHEAT flour, sugar, barn EGGS 26%, strawberry flavour preparation 8% (glucose syrup, sugar, colorant: carmine, acidifying: citric acid, gelling: pectin, natural strawberry flavour), strawberry juice 4%, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, corn maltodextrin, natural flavourings (strawberry, vanilla).

May contain SOY, MUSTARD.
