Matilde Vicenzi Wafers are the fruit of an old tradition. Our recipe brings together a light wafer and a rich cream, giving this classic snack a natural and delicious flavour and sweetness in every bite.

Throughout the years, this deliciously sweet, premium-quality artisanal and family tradition has persisted as the symbol of fine Italian pastry all over the world.

The wafers are cooked in special moulds that give the biscuits their thin, flat form and imprint the traditional design onto their surface.

Three layers of fragrant light and crispy wafer come with two flavours of deliciously rich and velvety cream filling:

  • Milk Cream
  • Hazelnut

The practical pouch-format allows to comfortably enjoy the product even on the go.
