Vicenzi Puffs
Tender coconut Mix


How to prepare the coconut mix:
• Tender Coconut puree 1 cup
• Cream cheese 1/2 cup
• Sweet Whipping cream 1 cup • Condensed milk 1 Tbsp
Beat whipping cream until stiff. Add coconut purée, condensed milk and cream cheese together. Now mix this with the whipped cream and beat.

How to prepare the Caramel Sauce:
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• n 1 Tbsp butter
• n1/4cupFreshcream
• n 2 drops Vanilla essence
Heat sugar in a pan until golden brown color. Add butter and fresh cream. Add few drops vanilla essence.

How to prepare the Chocolate ganache:
Melt chocolate and butter and fresh cream.

While serve place 4 Vicenzi puffs above & spread prepared tender coconut mix. Spread some caramel sauce at the top. Decorate with chocolate ganache and some berries.
