With this Cookies Policy, Vicenzi S.p.A. Intends to provide appropriate information on the technologies enabling this Website to achieve the purposes described below.

Said technologies, hereinafter defined as “Trackers” enable the Data Controller to collect and store information (for example using cookies) or to use resources (for example running a script) on a User’s device when the User interacts with this Website.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may require the User’s consent.

This Website uses Trackers that are managed directly by the Data Controller (so-called “first-party”) and Trackers that enable services provided by third parties so-called “third-party”); unless otherwise specified, said third parties have access to their respective Trackers.

The table attached to this document gives the duration and storage period of the cookies and other Trackers; said duration and storage period may change based on the settings made by the Data Controller or by each one of the third parties.

Besides the specifications already made in the description of each one of the categories given below, Users can obtain more exhaustive and updated information on the duration, along with any other material piece of information – such as whether any other Trackers are used – in the privacy policies of the third-party service providers (through the links on the Website) or by contacting the Data Controller.

This Website uses cookies and Trackers in order to customize contents and ads, to provide social media functions and to analyze traffic on our site. We also provide information on how Users interact with our website to our partners engaged in web data analysis, advertising and social media, and our partners may combine it with other information that Users provided to them or that they have collected based on the use of their services.

In accordance with the applicable law, we may store cookies on the User’s device, without obtaining the User’s prior consent, only in case said cookies are strictly necessary for proper operation of this Website. In order to store all other types of cookies, we are required to obtain the User’s consent and said consent may be freely withdrawn at any time, following the instructions given in this document.

HOW TO MANAGE PREFERENCES AND TO GIVE OR WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

There are different ways to manage preferences about Trackers and to give or withdraw your consent, where required:

Users can manage their preferences about Trackers directly through the settings of their devices – for example, they can prevent the use or storage of Trackers.

Furthermore, each time the use of Trackers requires consent, Users can give or withdraw their consent setting their preferences in the Cookies Policy or updating their preferences via the tracking settings widget, if any.

Thanks to specific functions of the browser or device, previously stored Trackers can be removed.

Other Trackers in the browser’s local memory can be removed by deleting your browsing history.

As regards third-party Trackers, the User may also manage their preferences and revoke consent through the opt out link (where available), using the tools described in the privacy policy of the third party or by contacting the relevant third party directly.

It specifies your consent ID and the date on which you contacted us regarding your consent.
