Over a century ago Matilde Vicenzi started her small pastry shop near Verona.

As a businesswoman and also as a Mum and Grandma she wanted to share with us her most delicious recipes, suggesting how to best use some of her specialities, like the Vicenzovo Ladyfingers, the Amaretti and the Millefoglie di Matilde Puff Pastry.

We’re working on a heartfelt tribute to honor Alessandra Gambini, Vicenzi USA’s Food Ambassador. A recipe book filled with love, tradition, and Italian cooking memories, curated by her husband, Maurizio Otto De Togni. Stay tuned.
