Ingredients
- 7.05 oz Vicenzovo Ladyfingers
- 3.52 oz Amarettino di Matilde
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 4 tbsp of superfine sugar
- 2 peaches, diced
- 6 oz peach jam
- 2 cups fruit juice (peach or apricot or orange)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix together mascarpone and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip the Vicenzovo ladyfingers in the fruit juice.
- Assemble the Tiramisù by making a layer of dipped Vicenzovo ladyfingers covered with mascarpone cream, peach jam, crushed Amaretto di Matilde, and chocolate chips.
- Make a second layer of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
- Top the Tiramisù with peach jam, Amarettino di Matilde, diced peaches, and chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
