Ingredients
- 5 oz of cold coffee
- 24 Amaretto di Matilde Cookies
- 5 oz of fresh cream
- 5 oz of mascarpone at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of honey, or sugar if you prefer
- Chocolate flakes to decorate, as desired (used in this recipe; white and dark chocolate)
Preparation
- Whip the cream by hand or with an electric whisk until obtain a firm consistency; add the mascarpone and honey, wisk again for a few seconds.
- Place about 5 Amaretto cookies in each bowl and sprinkle with 1 to 2 teaspoons of cold coffee.
- Shake the bowl lightly or mix the biscuits thoroughly so that they are all be soaked in the coffee.
- Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream into each bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Before serving, decorate with chocolate flakes.
- Finish with Amaretto Di Matilde cookies on top.
