  • 5 oz of cold coffee
  • 24 Amaretto di Matilde Cookies
  • 5 oz of fresh cream
  • 5 oz of mascarpone at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, or sugar if you prefer
  • Chocolate flakes to decorate, as desired (used in this recipe; white and dark chocolate)
  1. Whip the cream by hand or with an electric whisk until obtain a firm consistency; add the mascarpone and honey, wisk again for a few seconds.
  2. Place about 5 Amaretto cookies in each bowl and sprinkle with 1 to 2 teaspoons of cold coffee.
  3. Shake the bowl lightly or mix the biscuits thoroughly so that they are all be soaked in the coffee.
  4. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream into each bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, decorate with chocolate flakes.
  6. Finish with Amaretto Di Matilde cookies on top.
  7. Enjoy!
