Dear friends, did you know that my Vicenzovo Ladyfingers are available in a gluten free recipe too?
This is the best occasion to prepare my favourite dessert that can enjoyed really by everyone: here is my classical Tiramisù in a gluten free version. Let me know what you think about it!

Recipe ingredients:
- 9oz Gluten Free Vicenzovo Ladyfingers
- 9oz mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 2oz sugar
- 1 coffee cup of strong coffee
- 3/4oz gluten free cocoa
Preparation
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, then whip the egg yolks with the sugar to a smooth cream.
- Add mascarpone and stir well, then incorporate egg whites whipped to stiff peaks.
- Quickly dip the Gluten Free Vicenzovo Ladyfingers in coffee and form a first layer on a tray; top them with half of the mascarpone cream.
- Continue alternating layers of cream and layers of gluten free Ladyfingers. Dust the surface with cocoa powder and serve cold.
