CERTIFICATIONS

Products par excellence like the “Vicenzovo” ladyfinger and the “Amaretto d’Italia” macaron are made with the outmost care and attention, taking into account the quality of the raw materials. As a result, they have been certified as “High Quality” products complying with the relevant specifications in force (M.D. 22/07/2005).

The standardisation of the production processes, using automated systems, guarantees a high level of quality during each phase.
