Leader in a wide range of typical products, the Vicenzi Group stands out as a premium manufacturer of fresh and assorted pastries, shortbreads and cookies, service products for the restaurant and catering industries, ready-to-use products, courtesy and welcome cookies, snack-sized specialties and vending machine products for a ready-to-go sweet bite.
The Vicenzi Group was established in 2005, when Giuseppe Vicenzi acquired the entire Parmalat bakery branch, including the two well-known brands, Grisbì and Mr. Day.
A key pillar of the company philosophy is to be present on the markets with a mix of strategic products and to diversify distribution, from classic supermarket chains to gourmet food shops, from vending and restaurant and hospitality to bars, train stations and airports with single-serve products.
