A taste of Love and Legacy: a recipe book honoring Alessandra Gambini

We are pleased to announce an important new project of which we will send you the details soon.

We are currently working on the creation of a special recipe book dedicated to the memory of Alessandra Gambini, Vicenzi USA’s Food Brand Ambassador. This initiative was conceived to honor Alessandra’s remarkable contribution to the promotion of Italian cuisine and to celebrate her legacy of passion, kindness and authenticity.

A team of professionals comes together, chefs, photographers and videomakers, collaborating across California and Milan to bring this project to life.

This project is not only a tribute to Alessandra Gambini’s life and work, but also a testament to her deep love for family and for food as a universal expression of care and connection.

What is taking shape is a refined and authentic collection that reflects the essence of home, memory and passion, values that continue to inspire our company and all those who knew Ale.

The recipe book was created by Ale Gambini and now produced and curated by her husband Maurizio OttO De Togni. It is sponsored by Matilde Vicenzi and supported by Tiramisù World Cup & Tiramisù Club California Ale Gambini
