1 pack of Puff pastry rolls
¾ cups of ice cream of your choice (nougat, hazelnut, pistachio or Stracciatella)
Whipped cream (optional)
Remove the ice cream from the freezer five minutes before your start preparing the dessert. When soft, transfer it to a piping bag with a smooth, 1 cm nozzle.
Pipe the ice cream into each cannolo. Pit the cannoli back into the freezer while you prepare the coffee.
Pour the coffee into cups or tall glasses and serve with the cannoli. If you like, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
